Meeting was called to order by President Howard Stibb at 7:05 p.m.

Roll Call:   19 present

Minutes were read from the previous meeting – no corrections.

FDL Cty News: Press Release was submitted for the new FDL County  website.

AWSC News: none. (CAP Step Program – Public Hearing possible on Jan. 20 Lindy will check & let us know.

Old Business: Corey Schoff – Howard received a letter from Corey which he read to us.

County Ride: Ready to go! Trail to C.J.’s – Dean order signs & will mark trail. Motion made & 2^nd for club to purchase chili for the ride from Reilly’s (using money from map sales that Dean has collected.) Will take place January 15 & 16.

Safety Class: 30 kids (10 from Ripon) Partially cancelled due to weather. Rescheduled for the following Thurs. & Sat.

Accidents: 2 accidents within 3 days of each other near the same place. Howard spoke on the timing of this & the possible use of the emergency sled, why it was not used & other concerns he had.

Trail Report:  Grooming – Trails have been rode hard – Joe will be going out again in the next few days.

Opened Dec. 15 thru Dec. 25 then re-opened Dec. 30. 20 days so far. Grooming has been done 4 times. Joe will continue to communicate with Howard & let him know what is going on & will groom at his discretion.  Motion made & 2^nd for Joe to decide on when he goes out.

Discussion about Joe’s Grooming Efforts: Don’t compare us to other clubs. We are not Berlin, we are not Markesan. Howard & Joe talk & have everything under control. Motion made & 2^nd to have the groomer out once per week while the trails are open.

New Business: Vintage Ride for the club. Pat is looking at putting together a vintage club ride. This will be a “Leafy” Ride (1980) Call him for details. 920-428-4608 (cell)

Trail Side Brat Fry – (Possible yellow shack in Rosendale ) Lindy will ask about renting it. Committee: Gary & Lori Will, Pat & Tami Conlon & Kathi Luker.

Secretary: Motion made & 2^nd to have Sue Kalopa be a fill-in for Tami.

Mission Statement: Tabled until Feb. meeting.
